Terms of Use
Muster counts how mechanical technical-analysis rules would have behaved on historical data. It is not investment advice, it is not a recommendation to buy or sell, and past performance does not predict future results. Pevide Studio LLC is not an investment adviser.
What the app does
For each asset, Muster backtests about fifty rule-based strategies over three time horizons and counts how they would vote today. A strategy is only counted if it beat simply holding that asset over the window — on return, or on the size of the fall along the way — and if it traded often enough for the result to be more than luck.
When fewer than five strategies qualify, the app says so rather than producing an opinion. That reading is as much an answer as the others.
What it is not
Nothing in the app is a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer. Muster does not know your circumstances, your holdings, your tax position or your goals, and it does not take them into account. No fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by using it.
Decisions you make after reading it are yours.
The data
Counts are computed once a day from end-of-day data and published after the close. Nothing in the app is real time, and no price, chart or volume is shown at any point.
Data comes from third parties and can be wrong, late, or missing. When an asset has no fresh data the app says the count is on hold rather than computing one from stale figures. The app is provided as is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose.
Subscriptions
Muster is free to use for three assets. Muster Pro adds the full universe ranked by disagreement, an unlimited watchlist, alerts when a verdict changes, and ninety days of history.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Prices and periods are shown in the app before purchase. Manage or cancel in App Store settings; cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the counts, and do not attempt to reconstruct the underlying market data from them. Do not use the app to break the law of the place you are in.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Pevide Studio LLC is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Licence
Pevide Studio LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Muster on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app. The licence ends if you stop complying with these terms.
Apple
This agreement is between you and Pevide Studio LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it, and is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement with the right to enforce it. Support requests go to pevidios@proton.me.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top of this page changes with them, and continuing to use the app means accepting the version then published.
